Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of seamlessgrowthai.chat, the free site check, and the growth plan chat. The site is operated by MQL Solutions LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, operating as Seamless Growth AI. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. Who can use this

You must be at least 18 and be acting for a business. The tools here are built for home services companies and are not intended for personal use.

2. The free site check, and acceptable use

The site check requests a page you specify and scores its public HTML. You agree to run it only on websites you own or are authorised to evaluate. You agree not to use it to probe systems you do not control, not to attempt to point it at private or internal addresses, and not to automate it or attempt to defeat its rate limits.

The check reads one page and reports on a fixed list of signals. It is not a security assessment, an accessibility audit, or a legal compliance review, and a good score is not a statement that a site is secure or compliant.

3. The growth plan

A growth plan is an estimate built from the information you provide and from public information about your market. Projections in it are modelled, not promised, and the assumptions behind them are shown so you can evaluate them. The plan is provided for free and is yours to keep whether or not you engage us for any work.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, calls, jobs, or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your close rate, and factors none of us control. See the Results Disclaimer for the longer version.

5. Paid engagements

Nothing on this site is a contract for paid work. If you decide to engage us, the scope, the fee, and the terms are set out separately in writing before anything begins. Those terms are summarised in the Service Terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your plan and performing any work you engage us for, and for nothing else.

7. Third party services

The discovery chat is delivered through our platform provider. Their availability is not something we control, and the site provides other ways to reach us if it is unavailable.

8. Availability

The site and the tools are provided as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and we may change or withdraw a tool.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MQL Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free tools on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the courts of Illinois have jurisdiction over any dispute.
