Service Terms

This page summarises how paid engagements with Seamless Growth AI, a DBA of MQL Solutions LLC, work. It is a summary written in plain language. Your actual engagement is set out in a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement governs.

1. Nothing starts without a written scope

Before any paid work begins you receive the scope, the fee, and the billing terms in writing. There is no automatic conversion from a free growth plan into a paid engagement.

2. Month to month

Ongoing services are billed monthly and run month to month. There is no minimum term and no annual lock in. You can cancel with 30 days notice before the next billing date, and you are billed for the month in progress but not beyond it.

3. You own your accounts

Advertising accounts, your Google Business Profile, your domain, your analytics, and your website remain in your name and under your ownership throughout. We work inside them with the access you grant, and that access can be revoked at any time.

4. You own your data

Your data is yours. On request we export it and hand it over, during the engagement or after it ends, without conditions and without a retention conversation.

5. Third party costs are yours and are passed through

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, and similar third party costs are billed to you directly by those providers or passed through at cost. We do not mark up media spend.

6. Reporting

Reporting connects to work in your business, such as calls and booked jobs, rather than to impressions and clicks alone. Where a number is estimated or modelled, it is labelled as such.

7. Response times

We aim to respond to you the same business day. If something is going to take longer than expected, you hear that from us rather than having to ask.

8. Refunds

Fees for a month of service already delivered are not refundable, since the work and any third party costs have been incurred. If we have not delivered what was agreed for a given month, contact us and we will make it right rather than argue about it.
