Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Seamless Growth AI, a DBA of MQL Solutions LLC, collects when you use seamlessgrowthai.chat, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. The free site check

When you enter a website address into the site check, our server requests that page and its robots.txt file, reads the returned HTML, and scores it against a fixed list of checks. We do not log into anything, we do not change anything on the site, and we do not need access to it. Our automated request identifies itself as SeamlessChatAuditBot and links back to this site.

You can run the site check without giving us an email address. If you choose to give one so we can send you the report, we store it and use it to contact you about your report and about our services. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to any list you did not ask for.

Please only run the check on a site you own or are authorised to evaluate.

2. The growth plan chat

The discovery chat runs on our platform provider at app.seamlessgrowthai.chat and is embedded into this site. Information you type into it, such as your trade, service area, pricing, and how you currently get work, is processed by that provider on our behalf so the plan can be produced. A person on our side reviews the plan before you act on it.

3. Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get used. It sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address, device type, and pages viewed. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.

4. Rate limiting and abuse prevention

We record the IP address of requests to the site check in memory for a short period so that one visitor cannot overload the tool or point it at someone else's site repeatedly. This data is transient and is not used to build a profile of you.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not send you email you did not ask for, and every email we do send can be replied to and stopped.
• We do not run retargeting or advertising pixels on this site.

6. How long we keep things

Site check reports and the email addresses attached to them are kept while they are useful to the conversation and removed on request. Chat transcripts and growth plans are kept so that we can service the relationship, and removed on request.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email michael@mqlsolutions.co and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.

8. Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
