Insurance used to sell
your roofs for you.
That is ending, and you already know it. Start by seeing what a homeowner sees when they land on your site, then get a twelve month plan for selling roofs retail. No call, no deck, no chasing.
No email needed to see your score. No call. About a minute.

The claim used to close the sale.
For years the pitch wrote itself. Storm comes through, you get on the roof, the adjuster agrees, and the homeowner pays a deductible on a roof worth many times that. You were not really selling. You were processing demand that the weather created and the carrier funded.
Carriers have spent the last few years closing that door. Older roofs get moved to actual cash value, so depreciation comes off the top. Wind and hail deductibles moved from a flat amount to a percentage of the whole insured value of the house. Cosmetic damage exclusions appeared. Schedules got written into policies that pay less every year the roof ages.
You have seen the result this season. Claims coming back at a number that does not cover the job, or homeowners deciding the deductible makes filing pointless. The roof still needs replacing. The cheque that used to pay for it does not turn up.
Which means the same roof is now a retail sale to somebody spending their own money. That is a different conversation, a different close rate, and it needs a way of generating demand that most roofing companies have never had to build, because the weather used to do it.
The meeting was never for you.
A discovery call exists so a salesperson can qualify you and present something. You sat through it to get to the plan. This removes the sitting through, not the people.
The usual way
Fill in a form, then wait for someone to call you back.
Here
Answer questions in a chat, in your own time, at 9pm if that suits.
The usual way
Sit through a discovery call so they can learn your business.
Here
The questions are the discovery. Nothing gets repeated back to you.
The usual way
Wait a week for a slide deck built from a template.
Here
The plan comes from your answers, and you keep it either way.
If preferring it this way feels unusual, it is not. In a Gartner survey run in late 2025 and published in March 2026, 67 percent of business buyers said they would rather buy without going through a sales rep at all.
A person reads every plan.
The same research has a second finding that cuts the other way, and it is worth saying out loud: 69 percent of buyers still want a human to check anything an AI produced before they act on it. That is a completely reasonable instinct.
01
You answer the questions
No gatekeeper, no qualifying call, nobody deciding whether you are worth a slot. The questions are the discovery, and you answer them whenever it suits you.
02
A person reviews the plan
Before you act on it, someone who knows the trade goes through it. If a number does not survive contact with a person who has done the work, it does not stay in.
03
Then you talk, if you want to
Your finished plan has a Talk to a Human button right on it. One tap when you have the plan in front of you and actual questions about it. No callback window, no chasing.
The order matters. A conversation is far more useful once you both have the plan on the screen, so the human part comes after it rather than as a hurdle in front of it. Some people never use it and just take the plan. That is fine too.
Six parts, in plain language.
The free site check covers the first two, badly and on one page only. The plan does all six properly.
01
Current State
Where your calls come from now, what your site does and does not do, and what your market looks like.
02
The Gap
The specific places work is being lost, in order of what it costs you rather than what is easiest to say.
03
The Opportunity
What closing each gap is plausibly worth, based on your ticket size and your market, with the assumptions shown.
04
Recommended Sequence
What to do first, second, third. Sequenced by payback, not by what is most profitable to sell you.
05
Timeline
What the next twelve months look like month by month, including the parts that take time to compound.
06
Next Step
One clear action. If that action is not hiring anyone, the plan says so.
The list that actually matters.
Every one of these is a thing roofing owners tell us went wrong last time. Promises are free to make. These are not.
Your accounts stay in your name
Google Business Profile, ad accounts, domain, analytics. All of it in your name from day one. If we ever part ways you keep everything and nothing needs migrating.
Reporting in booked jobs, not impressions
Impressions and clicks are not results. If a number in a report does not connect to a job on your calendar, it does not belong in the report.
Month to month, always
No annual lock in. If the work stops being worth it, you stop. Data exports on request, without a conversation about retention.
Your plan comes from your answers
Not a template with your town pasted into it. If two companies in the same trade get the same plan, one of them got a worse plan.
A stated reply window
One business day, and we would rather promise that and keep it than promise an hour and miss it. The most common complaint about agencies is not price, it is being hard to reach, and that one is entirely avoidable.
No guaranteed results, and here is why
Anyone promising a specific number of jobs is guessing at your market, your capacity, and your close rate. We will show you the assumptions behind every projection instead, so you can argue with them.
Worth saying plainly
We do not have client results to show you yet.
This is a new agency. We are not going to borrow someone else's case studies, blur out a dashboard, or show you a testimonial from a business that does not exist. You would find out eventually and you would be right to hold it against us.
So the risk sits on our side instead. The plan is free and it is yours whether you hire anyone or not. Every account is in your name from the first day. It is month to month, so the only thing keeping you is whether it works.
This is run out of MQL Solutions LLC. When your plan is ready, the Talk to a Human button on it reaches our founder, not a queue and not a chatbot pretending otherwise.
The ones people actually ask.
Is this just a bot?+
The discovery is a chat, so that part is software and it is faster than a meeting. A person reads the plan it produces, and there is a button on your plan to reach one at any point. You are never stuck talking to a machine about something it does not understand.
What does it cost?+
The site check and the growth plan are free, and the plan is yours to keep whether or not you ever hire anyone. If you decide you want the work done, pricing depends on the plan, and you will see it in writing before anything starts.
What if the plan says I do not need you?+
Then it says that. A plan that recommends hiring us regardless of what the answers were is a sales document, not a plan. Some businesses need a better phone process, not more marketing, and that is a cheaper answer than anything we would sell.
I already have a marketing company. Is this worth doing?+
Probably, and it costs you nothing to find out. Plenty of people run it as a second opinion. If your current company is doing good work the plan will show that, and you will have something concrete to hold their reporting against.
Will you call me?+
No. There is no calendar link on this site and no phone number to chase you with, both on purpose. When your plan is built it has a Talk to a Human button on it, so you decide if and when a conversation happens, with the plan already in front of you.
How long does the chat take?+
A few minutes. It asks about your trade, your service area, what you charge, and where your work comes from now. You can stop and come back.
Who owns the accounts and the data?+
You do, from day one, in your name. That includes the ad accounts, the Google Business Profile, the domain, and the analytics. This is the single most common thing agencies get wrong and it is the easiest one to just not do.
Do you only work with roofers?+
Yes. Residential re-roofs, storm restoration, repairs, and commercial. Working one trade means the plan already knows what a supplement is, why your close rate on retail looks different to insurance work, and what a Master Elite badge is worth. A generalist agency has to learn that on your money.
Is this only for storm restoration companies?+
No, and if anything the shift matters more to you if you are already doing retail. The companies with the hardest adjustment are the ones whose pipeline was mostly claims, because selling a roof to someone spending their own money is a different sale with a different close rate.
You have no case studies. Why should I trust this?+
We are not going to show you results we do not have. What we will do is give you the whole plan for free before you decide anything, keep every account in your name, and stay month to month. The risk sits on our side of the table on purpose.
See where the calls are going.
The site check takes about a minute and needs nothing from you but the address. The plan takes a few minutes more and needs answers only you have.
No calendar link and no phone tag, on purpose. When the plan is built, the Talk to a Human button on it puts you through to a person, at the point where that is actually useful.
